Ultimate Wellness Journal

Journaling is a great way to stay on task and track progress.  Our Ultimate Wellness Journal was a fun collaboration with Jess Read Books, a small, Black woman-owned publisher.  This beautiful journal allows you to track your self-care (water intake, skin-care, etc) as well as write down your thoughts and feelings in an effort to strengthen your mental health.  This is a great gift for adults and older children at any point in their wellness journey.
